Yes, I am.

I won’t go into gory details, but let’s just say whatever it is happens to be flu-like in nature. I barely got my people paid today, then went home at noon and hid under the covers. It felt good to sleep for four hours in the middle of the afternoon, but once I got up to check a few online things, I regretted leaving my cozy covers.

So I am going back. Now.

See ya.

  1. Ugh, feel better soon!

  2. (((Pan)), lots of rest and fluids, sweetie. Feel better soon.

  3. Get better. I command thee!

  4. Ms. Pande,

    In order of importance, I send my prayers, TLC from all your family first and blog pals second, chicken soup, hot tea, and good Nursing care. Stay away from Doctors unless absolutely necessary.

  5. Sleep and rest, if you can. And stay out of that cold weather … it’s tiring to stay warm and fight a virus at the same time.

  6. And I will add, don’t eat anything with peanut butter in it!

  7. {{{hugs}}}

    Feel better soon, Pan. Lots of good advice above, just take things easy and give your body chance to fight off the baddies.

  8. Oog. First my mother-in-law, then my wife, so I watched it advance on me. I was out for 3 days, the first curled in a fetal ball in bed.

    Nothing quite like the 2-day fast crash diet. I dropped 10 lbs–of course, it was due to getting hollowed out by a virus.

    Careful, Pan. I started to feel better, but my GI tract is still, umm, not quite on track (10 days later). Proceed carefully (lots of fluids) and good luck.

  9. Thanks to one and all.

    A 20 hour nap did wonders. I woke up the next day refreshed and hungry. I wonder if it were food poisoning instead?
